Minimum Requirements:
*Comfortable with spending a lot of time on the phone
*High school diploma
*Ability to multitask and prioritize. . .and re-prioritize throughout the day!
*Strong attention to detail
*Good organizational and time-management skills
*Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
*Intermediate knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
*Honest, reliable with a strong work ethic -- Again, attitude is everything!
*Dependable and punctual
*Must be able to print legibly on a consistent basis

You will be trained to manage client projects with job duties including, but not limited to:
*Heavy phone work with both clients and vendors
*Juggling client needs and managing job sites
*Comprehensive and accurate note-taking
*Issuing purchase orders, reviewing contracts
*Keeping job folders organized and tracking action items
